- We only accept reservations for minimum 3 nights.
- To guarantee the reservation we require at least a deposit of one night (rooms). Herefore we us "Pay Pal" as this is an inexpensive and safe way. This deposit is not refundable and serves to cover our costs in case of a cancellation or no show.
- If you live in a "EURO-country" you are also welcome to transferthe amount to our account . In case of a cancellation we refund the money except the 1st night.
- During the Easter and Christmas weeks we don't offer weekly rates for the apartments. Also we require an additional charge of 10 US$ a day in that time.
